Who can order personal protection equipment (PPE) from Cornerstone Team Sports?

Due to COVID-19, our focus is serving schools, churches, police, fire, municipalities and other government agencies to meet their PPE needs. However, if you are outside of those markets, we may still be able to help you. Please call us at 877-910-4519.

What is Cornerstone Team Sports’ shipping charges?

Standard shipping (ground transportation, dock to dock) is included in the sell price for all 48 contiguous states. For shipments to Hawaii or Alaska, please call us for a freight quote.

What are Cornerstone Team Sports’ general shipping terms?

  1. Please allow 1-2 business days to ship stocked products and 10-12 business days to ship direct-ship products.
  2. Standard shipping (ground transportation, dock to dock) is included in the sell price for all 48 contiguous states. For shipments to Hawaii or Alaska, please call us for a freight quote.
  3. If you require any special shipping services such as inside delivery, lift gate, rush or air freight, please call us for a freight quote.
  4. We do not ship on weekends.
  5. If you have any other special shipping requirements such as delivery time or delivery day, please call us.

What is Cornerstone Team Sports’ general freight damage and return policy?

  1. Freight Damage:
    1. Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt.
    2. If you notice any damage when the product is delivered, please refuse the shipment and have the freight company return the product to the shipper.
    3. If you notice damage after the product is delivered (concealed damage), you have 3 days to contact us to arrange a return and replacement.
  2. Returns:
    1. You can return an unused and undamaged product for up to 15 days from the date you purchased it and receive a full refund. Having said this, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once Cornerstone Team Sports receives the returned unit, we will inspect the unit. If the unit is found to be unused and in resalable condition, there will be no re-socking fees. If the unit has been used or is not returned in same condition that it was sent, there will be a re-stocking fee ranging from 20% to 50%. If unit is completely unusable, no refund will be given.

What are my payment options as a school, municipality or other tax-exempt government agency?

You have two options. You can:

  1. Use a credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
  2. Use a purchase order number.
    • If your school or municipality does not require the use of a purchase order number, you can reference your name in the purchase order field.
    • We accept purchase orders from high schools, middle schools, elementary schools, municipalities or other tax-exempt government agencies. Terms for purchase orders are “Net 30” so your payment is not due until 30 days after we ship your product. We do not accept purchase orders from club sport teams that are not part of the high school.

What are my payment options as an organization outside of schools, municipalities or other tax-exempt government agencies?

For fastest order processing, please use a credit card online. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. If your organization will only use purchase orders, please call us at 877-910-4519.

Who can order Gatorade® High School Performance Packages?

Any valid high school can order Gatorade® High School Performance Packages. A high school is defined as a secondary school serving a combination of grades 10 through 12. Unfortunately, elementary schools, middle schools, junior high schools, trade schools, colleges, universities and school districts are not eligible.

Is Cornerstone Team Sports, Inc. an authorized distributor of Gatorade® High School Performance Packages?

Yes, we are one of a small select group of authorized team dealers that are allowed to sell Gatorade® Performance Packages.

How many Gatorade® High School Performance Packages can one high school order per year?

Each high school can order up to 15 Gatorade® High School Performance Packages per calendar year.

How long does it take for a Gatorade® High School Performance Package to ship?

We process all Gatorade® High School Performance Package orders received by 3:00 p.m. CST that same day. Having said this, please allow at least 10 business days for an order to ship.

Can Gatorade® High School Performance Packages be shipped to a third party?

No, Gatorade® High School Performance Packages must be shipped directly to a high school.

Can Gatorade® High School Performance Packages be shipped to a P.O. Box?

No, Gatorade® High School Performance Packages must be shipped directly to a high school.

“Can I request my ship date for my Gatorade® High School Performance Packages?

You can select the month you wish to receive your Gatorade® High School Performance Packages. Note that the Package can be shipped anytime during the month selected but no sooner than 10 business days following receipt of your order of Gatorade®.

Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?

No, Gatorade is delivered only during the work week.
